Vindhya Malik

Founder & Producer


With over 15 years of experience in Media & Entertainment, Vindhya transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2022 after serving as AVP – Video Strategy & Production at Dentsu Creative, where she played a key role in shaping the network’s video content strategy.


Blending strong business acumen with a legal background, she has built systems, SOPs, and talent ecosystems for new verticals. At Dentsu Creative, she was leading cross-functional teams of writers, directors, producers, and post specialists to create impactful, format-driven brand storytelling.


Her work has been recognized at leading industry platforms including the Shorty Awards, Goa Fest, and Kyoorius. She has led high-impact campaigns for top brands and non-profits, spanning a wide range of formats and audiences.


Prior to Dentsu, Vindhya held leadership roles at NDTV and the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC). At NDTV, she drove business development for the network’s independent content arm, RedDot, collaborating with global broadcasters like National Geographic.


At NFDC, she managed large-scale campaigns for Ministries, State Governments and PSU’s and played a key role in the Producers’ Lab at Film Bazaar, supporting independent filmmakers in scaling their projects. Some of her early associations include content roles with ESPN Star, MensXP and Jet Airways.

Rahul Mayur Bali

Creative Director


Rahul Mayur Bali is an award-winning Creative Director with over 25 years of experience in Creative Development and Direction across brands, digital, television and social impact.


Having worn many hats in his career, he is equally adept at leading 360° brand campaigns to directing documentaries or even bringing sensitive and compelling stories to life in the social sector.


He was a founding member and Creative Director at NDTV RedDot Productions - an independent production house and division within NDTV, where he played a pivotal role in creating some of its finest IPs across genres and platforms.


He has directed and created shows for leading broadcasters including National Geographic, Discovery, History TV18, Fox Traveler, NDTV Good Times and Zee Café.


Having collaborated extensively with leading brands and creative agencies, his brand portfolio includes work with a wide range of prominent clients and organizations such as Samsung, British Petroleum, Serum Institute of India (SII), Airtel, IKEA, Honda, Pernod Ricard, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, SBI Life, as well as key government and defence institutions including the Indian Army, Indian Coast Guard, Indian Air Force, and the Department of Income Tax.
